Spectators: 7633 (Terracing: 5726, Seating: 1755, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Napoleon Juzda took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zenon Michalski made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Artur Sowa sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, Eddie Kvarnström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iwo Kaczanka hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Ludomir Juchno in the 20th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Zenon Michalski kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Juzda in the 24th minute of play forced Szelków SA's goalkeeper Aureliusz Trela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grzegorz Jandryca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrique Munhoz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zenon Michalski having to make a save. Zenon Michalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Falkowski in the 33rd minute of play. Iwo Kaczanka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Michalski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Ludomir Juchno in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zenon Michalski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Popity were furious when Benedykt Zachemski was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Szelków SA. Iwo Kaczanka stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zenon Michalski. 3-0. After 47 minutes of play, Popity's Alfred Rzegotka made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aureliusz Trela was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomir Juchno to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ludomir Juchno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zenon Michalski. Popity's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludomir Juchno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Ryszard Pietras hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Zenon Michalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Juchno in the 62nd minute of the match. Zenon Michalski came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Szelków SA's Ludomir Juchno. But to his dismay, Ludomir Juchno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Ryszard Pietras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Popity's goalkeeper Zenon Michalski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aureliusz Trela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Pietras in the 74th minute of play. When Szelków SA's Ludomir Juchno in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Popity's goalie prevented a goal. If Iwo Kaczanka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Henrique Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Popity's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Kaczanka came free, but Zenon Michalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Popity's Zachariasz Logewnik got a free kick in the 88th minute. Iwo Kaczanka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szelków SA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
