Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stefan Modrzewski took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Napoleon Juzda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Popity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juljanpol the free kick. The supporters of Juljanpol booed when Popity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Juzda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th match minute, Popity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryszard Pietras to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Modrzewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Michalski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play Popity's Napoleon Juzda was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Juljanpol booed when Popity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Juzda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Alfred Rzegotka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Popity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Rzegotka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Ryszard Pietras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miroslaw Pysz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grzegorz Jandryca succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Stefan Modrzewskis short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Zenon Michalski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Popity's Alfred Rzegotka got a free kick in the 44th minute. Alfred Brudzisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Rzegotka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grzegorz Jandryca made a kick off. Alfred Brudzisz came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Popity's Grzegorz Jandryca. But to his dismay, Grzegorz Jandryca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alfred Rzegotka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62ndth minute of the game Stefan Modrzewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Popity's Zenon Michalski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Modrzewski in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Michalski saved Popity from getting behind. Alfred Rzegotka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Brudzisz having to interfere. Juljanpol's Alfred Brudzisz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Juljanpol from getting a goal against them. In the 76th match minute, Popity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Jandryca to maneuver through the defense. Alfred Brudzisz made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Grzegorz Jandryca sent off a good shot on target. Ryszard Pietrass short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Alfred Brudzisz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teofil Prusinowski struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Zenon Michalski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juljanpol. The Popity supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Popity would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
