Edward Perkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Juzda in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute Herbert Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Michalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herbert Okraszewski hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. If Marian Tylinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenal Goleniow FC's Edward Perkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Juzda in the 20th minute of play. Zula Czerniejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Grzegorz Jandryca struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Edward Perkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Popity. In the 26th minute, Grzegorz Jandryca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edward Perkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Napoleon Juzda's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Edward Perkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Jandryca in the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Napoleon Juzda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Popity's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Juzda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edward Perkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marian Tylinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Zenon Michalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Napoleon Juzda was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play Arsenal Goleniow FC's Patryk Olender was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Edward Perkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Napoleon Juzda's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. With his leg Edward Perkowski managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Popity's Napoleon Juzda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 59th minute Marian Tylinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Michalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal Goleniow FC's zone, Grzegorz Jandryca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edward Perkowski came out of the goal and Grzegorz Jandryca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 minutes, Herbert Czubski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal Goleniow FC and the Popity players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes Arsenal Goleniow FC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Czubski. Napoleon Juzda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 minutes, Alfred Rzegotka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Popity and the Arsenal Goleniow FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Grzegorz Jandryca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Edward Perkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Napoleon Juzda came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Popity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Napoleon Juzda couldn't finish the play. Edward Perkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Juzda, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Alfred Rzegotka kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Marian Tylinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the game, one of Arsenal Goleniow FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 96 minutes into the match, Wasyl Pilitowski notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Arsenal Goleniow FC's Edward Perkowski. Edward Perkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Popity had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
