In the 12th minute Piotr Swoboda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Biskupiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Stefan Budacz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boruc Domaradzki was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 22nd minute, Piotr Swoboda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stefan Budacz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stefan Budaczs short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Boruc Domaradzki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Boruc Domaradzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Budacz in the 29th minute of the match. Wieslaw Mentus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Boruc Domaradzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute of the match, Damian Olejasz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Boruc Domaradzki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Budacz made a kick off. Igor Biskupiak was a little too slow when Bogdan Barniszke got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 56th minute Stefan Budacz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Domaradzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Biskupiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Swoboda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes, Stefan Budacz made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. WKS Praga's Boruc Domaradzki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Igor Biskupiak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Barniszke in the 65th minute. The supporters of TS Kamień Łuk booed when WKS Praga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Rywin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waldemar Sidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Domaradzki having to interfere. WKS Praga's Boruc Domaradzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Mentus in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TS Kamień Łuk had played much better football throughout.
