With 8 minutes on the clock, Radomir Chwalkiewicz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for HKS RuchZdzieszowice! Dariusz Mazurkiewicz had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Edmund Skwira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of WKS Praga booed when HKS RuchZdzieszowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Jaks didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to HKS RuchZdzieszowice getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Roman Jaks hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Piotr Swoboda during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of WKS Praga booed when HKS RuchZdzieszowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Jaks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dariusz Mazurkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Swoboda in the 38th minute of play. After 38 played minutes HKS RuchZdzieszowice got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Dulemba. When Roman Jaks fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HKS RuchZdzieszowice's protests and gave Roman Jaks a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute Bogdan Barniszke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Mazurkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boruc Domaradzki was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Konrad Dulemba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Konrad Dulemba really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Dariusz Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Swoboda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Barniszke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Dariusz Mazurkiewicz made a huge save. After having played for 59 minutes, Bogdan Barniszke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WKS Praga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogdan Barniszke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bogdan Barniszke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of WKS Praga booed when HKS RuchZdzieszowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Osikowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. HKS RuchZdzieszowice's Dariusz Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Swoboda in the 65th minute of play. When WKS Praga's Piotr Swoboda in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With his leg Dariusz Mazurkiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when WKS Praga's Bogdan Barniszke fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benedykt Wieczorek charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedykt Wieczorek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 82 minutes into the match, HKS RuchZdzieszowice's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Swoboda came free, but Dariusz Mazurkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dariusz Mazurkiewicz made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Bogdan Barniszke sent off a good shot on target. When Bogdan Barniszke came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the WKS Praga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Barniszke couldn't finish the play. Dariusz Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Swoboda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the game, Piotr Swoboda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dariusz Mazurkiewicz. Piotr Swoboda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 95th match minute, HKS RuchZdzieszowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Jaks to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
