Franciszek Kondysar hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 18th match minute, CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Cwojdak to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Tanek Rasialdo sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Remigiusz Naskrent threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Tanek Rasialdo this time. Piotr Hodyl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Ramzinski having to interfere. Roch Ramzinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Hodyl, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Zenon Hajder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piotr Hodyl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA's Zenon Hajder got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Piotr Hodyl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Ramzinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piotr Hodyl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Roch Ramzinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When Janusz Cwojdak fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA's protests and gave Janusz Cwojdak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Janusz Cwojdak hit a great ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Tanek Rasialdo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Bayern München's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tanek Rasialdo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Zenon Hajder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roch Ramzinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Zenon Hajder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Ramzinski having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA's Piotr Hodyl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Ramzinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Zenon Hajder kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roch Ramzinski. That made the score 0-2 in the 70 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Zenon Hajder managed to get in a good position for a shot. CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA's supporters rose to their feet, but Zenon Hajder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roch Ramzinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roch Ramzinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Hodyl, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikolaj Smolarek got free with Roch Ramzinski in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Zenon Hajder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Roch Ramzinski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. CWKS LEGIA WARSZAWA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
