Polonia Łaziska's Zachariasz Modliszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Bara in the 11th minute of play. Jaroslaw Marud hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Zachariasz Modliszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Bara in the 14th minute of the match. Polonia Łaziska's Zachariasz Modliszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Jaszyna in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Polonia Łaziska getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Teofil Jerzyk hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Ryszard Mondrowski made a precise shot to the right of Zachariasz Modliszewski. Polonia Łaziska's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Polonia Łaziska's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Miarka came free, but Zachariasz Modliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Polonia Łaziska's Bartlomiej Nikodemski got a free kick in the 37th minute. Antoni Wodaszak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Mielak having to interfere. After some careless play in the Polonia Łaziska defense, Ryszard Mondrowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zachariasz Modliszewski. The Polonia Łaziska fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zachariasz Modliszewski should have stopped the shot. The Polonia Łaziska players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SLV Słotwiny were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Miarka was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SLV Słotwiny's zone, Konstanty Laskowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Mielak came out of the goal and Konstanty Laskowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sid Lemerond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ryszard Mondrowski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 57th playminute. When Konstanty Laskowski, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 67 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mateusz Mielak was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Sid Lemerond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Ryszard Mondrowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zachariasz Modliszewski. Ryszard Mondrowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Polonia Łaziska's Zachariasz Modliszewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Polonia Łaziska from getting a goal against them. Miromir Zatorski kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. SLV Słotwiny's Mateusz Mielak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Laskowski in the 88th minute of play. Zachariasz Modliszewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryszard Mondrowski in the 91st minute. Zachariasz Modliszewski made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Ryszard Mondrowski sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SLV Słotwiny walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
