When Robert Gargasz came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Ponikwa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Gargasz couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartlomiej Bambas in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zygmunt Waselenczuk saved Fc Gliadiators from getting behind. Fc Gliadiators's Zygmunt Waselenczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Kaczorowski in the 10th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Fc Gliadiators's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Kaczorowski came free, but Zygmunt Waselenczuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Ponikwa's Robert Gargasz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zygmunt Waselenczuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 21 minutes, Robert Gargasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ponikwa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Gargasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ponikwa's Robert Gargasz in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc Gliadiators's goalie prevented a goal. Robert Gargasz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fc Gliadiators's Zygmunt Waselenczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Gargasz in the 30th minute of play. Wiktor Kaczorowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Zygmunt Waselenczuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Robert Gargasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Waselenczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Gargasz in the 37th minute of play forced Fc Gliadiators's goalkeeper Zygmunt Waselenczuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Gargasz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michal Damaski charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Damaski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fc Gliadiators's Michal Damaski got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Gliadiators's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dariusz Chmelyk was slow to take the kick. During this time Ponikwa's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Ponikwa's corner Dariusz Chmelyk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zygmunt Waselenczuk quite easily take care of the ball. If Robert Gargasz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Ponikwa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fc Gliadiators's Zygmunt Waselenczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Gargasz in the 53rd minute of play. Robert Gargasz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Waselenczuk having to interfere. In the 60th minute Robert Gargasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Waselenczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Ponikwa's Wiktor Kaczorowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Robert Gargasz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Waselenczuk having to interfere. Wiktor Kaczorowski struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Zygmunt Waselenczuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ponikwa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Gargasz in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zygmunt Waselenczuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Robert Gargasz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zygmunt Waselenczuk was a little too slow when Robert Gargasz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Wiktor Kaczorowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zygmunt Waselenczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Gargasz in the 92nd minute of play. Wiktor Kaczorowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Zygmunt Waselenczuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zygmunt Waselenczuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Gargasz, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. When the match was over Ponikwa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fc Gliadiators throughout the match.
