Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) KKS Lech Poznań's Florian Jarek started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Gondela. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when Lipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Trzenzalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Przemyslaw Trzenzalski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Radoslaw Klucznik was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 26th minute Adam Zdeb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Klucznik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Radoslaw Klucznik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Przemyslaw Trzenzalski. Radoslaw Klucznik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Przemyslaw Trzenzalski in the 30th minute. After 38 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Leon Czajkowski. Przemyslaw Trzenzalski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Radoslaw Klucznik came out and tried to block the shot, but Przemyslaw Trzenzalski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 40th minute. A collision led to Lipo getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Sebastian Major hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Radoslaw Klucznik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Przemyslaw Trzenzalski. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Major stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. KKS Lech Poznań's Radoslaw Klucznik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Major in the 54th minute of play. Przemyslaw Trzenzalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Radoslaw Klucznik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 68 minutes of play, Lipo's Przemyslaw Trzenzalski made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Klucznik was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to KKS Lech Poznań getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Leon Czajkowski hit a great ball. When Lipo's Sebastian Major in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KKS Lech Poznań's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th minute Przemyslaw Ostrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Klucznik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, KKS Lech Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Przemyslaw Ostrowski came free, but Radoslaw Klucznik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KKS Lech Poznań's Gwidon Banach suffered a concussion in the 79th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in KKS Lech Poznań fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Przemyslaw Trzenzalski in the 93rd minute of play forced KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Radoslaw Klucznik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radoslaw Klucznik came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Lipo's Adam Zdeb. But to his dismay, Adam Zdeb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Radoslaw Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Zdeb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lipo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
