An unexpectedly hard shot by Przemyslaw Trzenzalski in the 6th minute of play forced Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Boguslaw Loncki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Przemyslaw Trzenzalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Loncki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulryk Gejda lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 11th minute, one of Wisła Kraków:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wisła Kraków. The referee gave Lipo a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emil Waselewicz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wisła Kraków's Boguslaw Loncki. 0-1. In the 16th match minute, Wisła Kraków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Bucyki to maneuver through the defense. Zbyszko Bucyki's late challenge caught a Lipo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbyszko Bucyki helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Zbyszko Bucyki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karol Rasiak kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Boguslaw Loncki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Major in the 24th minute of the match. Wisła Kraków's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulryk Gniewek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Wisła Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Major came free, but Boguslaw Loncki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Major made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Lipo's Przemyslaw Trzenzalski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boguslaw Loncki. That made the score 0-3 after 52 minutes of play. The supporters of Lipo booed when Wisła Kraków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Bucyki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patryk Zajac struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Emil Rykaczewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wisła Kraków. In the 59th match minute, Lipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Kapera to maneuver through the defense. Boguslaw Loncki made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Przemyslaw Ostrowski sent off a good shot on target.
