The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Wiater got free with Radoslaw Klucznik in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Tomasz Skikiewicz. With a little luck, KKS Lech Poznań's Radoslaw Klucznik got control of the ball when Remigiusz Rakowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Skandawa getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Olaf Koprowski hit a great ball. The supporters of Skandawa booed when KKS Lech Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Skikiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigiusz Rakowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Radoslaw Klucznik made a huge save. Radoslaw Klucznik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zula Wiater in the 40th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florian Jarek to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Skandawa's Olaf Koprowski made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Klucznik was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute, Olaf Koprowski made a precise shot to the right of Radoslaw Klucznik. KKS Lech Poznań's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Bartlomiej Galus sped through KKS Lech Poznań's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Radoslaw Klucznik. Radoslaw Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartlomiej Galus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigiusz Rakowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Radoslaw Klucznik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After 85 minutes of play, Skandawa's Olaf Koprowski made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Klucznik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Radoslaw Klucznik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Rakowski in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Koprowski in the 90th minute of play forced KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Radoslaw Klucznik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olaf Koprowski scored 8-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radoslaw Klucznik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Remigiusz Rakowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Skandawa fully deserved thier win.
