When Zbigniew Barowicz came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Zaglebie Sosnowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbigniew Barowicz couldn't finish the play. Boguslaw Dubiel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Wit Gleba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ryszard Kochanowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartosz Galaska stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbigniew Barowicz's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Rudwangen's goal looked a bit too open when Beniamin Milko came free, but Bartosz Galaska reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Zaglebie Sosnowiec's Zbigniew Barowicz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Beniamin Milko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zaglebie Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Beniamin Milko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartosz Galaska breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, Szczepan Cichewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cyryl Czaplicki during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Zaglebie Sosnowiec booed when Rudwangen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyryl Czaplicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Beniamin Milko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zaglebie Sosnowiec's Ryszard Kochanowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Cichewski in the 38th minute of play. Zaglebie Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Kissel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartosz Galaska took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 51st match minute, Zaglebie Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wojciech Sakowicz to maneuver through the defense. Wit Gleba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Kochanowicz having to interfere. Bartosz Galaska showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Zbigniew Barowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zaglebie Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Zbigniew Barowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience was convinced that Beniamin Milko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartosz Galaska was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After 81 minutes of play, Zaglebie Sosnowiec's Zbigniew Barowicz made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartosz Galaska was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zaglebie Sosnowiec's Ryszard Kochanowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Zaglebie Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the match, Zaglebie Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Ryszard Kochanowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Treppa. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Wit Gleba took a quick shot and it went in 6-2 without a chance for Ryszard Kochanowicz to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Rudwangen's Cyryl Czaplicki got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zaglebie Sosnowiec had won after a very even match.
