Bernard Merski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomir Liberko having to interfere. After 10 minutes of play, Lubuszanin Trzcianka's Ignacy Piglowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludomir Liberko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ludomir Liberko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Merski in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Author Team's zone, Bernard Merski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludomir Liberko came out of the goal and Bernard Merski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Bernard Merski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Lubuszanin Trzcianka's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Nakonieczny came free, but Hugon Michalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszek Warka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacy Piglowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ignacy Piglowski to make the kick off. The supporters of Lubuszanin Trzcianka booed when Author Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Daszkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugon Michalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Daszkowski in the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wincenty Nakonieczny got free with Hugon Michalski in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 59 minutes, Benedykt Brudnicki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Author Team and the Lubuszanin Trzcianka players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Benedykt Brudnicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszek Warka didn't quite understand what happened when in the 60 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Hugon Michalski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gwidon Daszkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 73 minute of play. Ludomir Liberko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacy Piglowski's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Bernard Merski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomir Liberko having to interfere. Ignacy Piglowski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Ignacy Piglowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lubuszanin Trzcianka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Author Team the free kick. A collision led to Lubuszanin Trzcianka getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ignacy Piglowski hit a great ball. Ludomir Liberko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacy Piglowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Author Team's Ludomir Liberko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacy Piglowski in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lubuszanin Trzcianka players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
