Lubuszanin Trzcianka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zbigniew Barowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 20 minutes of play, Zaglebie Sosnowiec's Zbigniew Barowicz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugon Michalski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hugon Michalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Barowicz in the 23rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Lubuszanin Trzcianka defense, Zbigniew Barowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugon Michalski. The Lubuszanin Trzcianka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugon Michalski should have stopped the shot. In the 30th match minute, Lubuszanin Trzcianka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Fujarczuk to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Lubuszanin Trzcianka's Ignacy Piglowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ryszard Kochanowicz. That made the score 2-3 after 32 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Zbigniew Barowicz put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Hugon Michalski. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Beniamin Milko made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacy Piglowski in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryszard Kochanowicz saved Zaglebie Sosnowiec from getting behind. Lubuszanin Trzcianka's Hugon Michalski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Lubuszanin Trzcianka from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Zaglebie Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Sebastian Kissel hit a great ball. The supporters of Lubuszanin Trzcianka booed when Zaglebie Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Rekawiczka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marek Kojder hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Beniamin Milko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugon Michalski. That made the score 2-6 in the 64 minute of play. Lubuszanin Trzcianka's Hugon Michalski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Lubuszanin Trzcianka from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Barowicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hugon Michalski. Zbigniew Barowicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. Beniamin Milko hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Sebastian Kissel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Napoleon Serwach charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Napoleon Serwach the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Napoleon Serwach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Beniamin Milko made a precise shot to the right of Hugon Michalski. Lubuszanin Trzcianka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. Adam Zyskowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Hugon Michalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Lubuszanin Trzcianka's Hugon Michalski got control of the ball when Beniamin Milko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zbigniew Barowicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugon Michalski came out and tried to block the shot, but Zbigniew Barowicz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-9 in the 91st minute. The Zaglebie Sosnowiec supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zaglebie Sosnowiec would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
