He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Niewodna reached it. Ludomil Kosakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Przemyslaw Danisiewicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Serginho de Carvalho, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Niewodna's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Konopka came free, but Serginho de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serginho de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Konopka in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Niewodna got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Sliwinski. Alfred Malewicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serginho de Carvalho having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Alfred Malewicki fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serginho de Carvalho, passed just outside the right post. Cristian Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Niewodna's Serginho de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Malewicki in the 52nd minute of play. Ignacy Mleczewski's late challenge caught a Eiglis Ferte SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacy Mleczewski helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Niewodna fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty!
