AIG CF Edinburg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some careless play in the AIG CF Edinburg defense, Fryderyk Watarz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boruc Kosiorek. The AIG CF Edinburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boruc Kosiorek should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Bernard Smolarek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Sanok-Kurii's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Rasialdo came free, but Tobiasz Przewozik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AIG CF Edinburg's Boruc Kosiorek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save AIG CF Edinburg from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, Dariusz Bryk notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Sanok-Kurii's Tobiasz Przewozik. Tobiasz Przewozik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Boruc Kosiorek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fryderyk Watarz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Boruc Kosiorek made a huge save. After 97 minutes of play, Sanok-Kurii's Fryderyk Watarz made it 3-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boruc Kosiorek was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sanok-Kurii eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
