Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lucjan Gejda made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in POGROM's zone, Lucjan Gejda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ken Wakashimazu came out of the goal and Lucjan Gejda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Slawomir Bartelak's late challenge caught a Smereko's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Slawomir Bartelak helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to POGROM getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Slawomir Bartelak hit a great ball. If Slawomir Bartelak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerzy Dunajski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Tande in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mieszko Kaider in the 22nd minute of play forced Smereko's goalkeeper Jerzy Dunajski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Tytus Mierzwa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Dunajski. Smereko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tytus Mierzwa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Teofil Miecznikowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ken Wakashimazu could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Smereko defense, Mieszko Kaider kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Dunajski. The Smereko fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Dunajski should have stopped the shot. Smereko's Jerzy Dunajski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Tande in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Smereko's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mieszko Kaider was slow to take the kick. During this time POGROM's players had a chance to rest. After 40 minutes Smereko's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mieszko Kaider who took care of the corner kick. Falcão Tande blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerzy Dunajski having to make a save. Tytus Mierzwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 52 minutes in the game, Falcão Tande fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jerzy Dunajski having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Mieszko Kaider kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerzy Dunajski. That made the score 0-3 in the 54 minute of play. Jerzy Dunajski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mieszko Kaider in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Tande in the 66th minute of play forced Smereko's goalkeeper Jerzy Dunajski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerzy Dunajski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tytus Mierzwa went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tytus Mierzwa got free with Jerzy Dunajski in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerzy Dunajski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Tande in the 76th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Mieszko Kaider rounded Smereko's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. 80 minutes into the match, Mieszko Kaider notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Smereko's Jerzy Dunajski. Jerzy Dunajski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the game, POGROM's Mieszko Kaider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerzy Dunajski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Mieszko Kaider took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerzy Dunajski. Jerzy Dunajski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. POGROM's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
