In the 4th match minute, Lech FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damazy Domarecki to maneuver through the defense. When Edward Brzakala fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lech FC's protests and gave Edward Brzakala a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Lech FC got a freekick which was hit by Edward Brzakala. Zachary Matuch kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Zachary Matuch took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boleslaw Pysz. Boleslaw Pysz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Edward Brzakala was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 24 minutes into the match. After 31 minutes, Robert Zakrzewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lech FC and the RKS Raków Częstochowa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of RKS Raków Częstochowa booed when Lech FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Zakrzewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrzej Nieuzyla came free in the 36th minute and tried to tip the ball over Boleslaw Pysz, but to the joy of RKS Raków Częstochowa's supporters the ball went over. Andrzej Nieuzyla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konstanty Kiszkiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Waldemar Basaik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zachary Matuch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zachary Matuch was the one to do the kick off. When Zachary Matuch came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Lech FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachary Matuch couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, Zachary Matuch notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of RKS Raków Częstochowa's Boleslaw Pysz. Boleslaw Pysz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robert Zakrzewski kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Zachary Matuch got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 76 minutes into the match, Lech FC's Zachary Matuch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boleslaw Pysz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andrzej Nieuzyla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Boleslaw Pysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Lech FC's Zachary Matuch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boleslaw Pysz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Leszek Robak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RKS Raków Częstochowa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lech FC the free kick. Leszek Robak kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Waldemar Basaik charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldemar Basaik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Lech FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Basaik. Zachary Matuch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Waldemar Basaik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lech FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldemar Basaik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boleslaw Pysz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zachary Matuch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konstanty Kiszkiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lech FC's Konstanty Kiszkiel got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Waldemar Basaik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lech FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
