Zdzislaw Owsiak came out of the goal and Radoslaw Zuraw tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ludomir Fleszar scored 5-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zdzislaw Owsiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute Dobromir Piechna suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludomir Fleszar during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
