Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyprian Soszka in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbigniew Zjawin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Granica Ornontowice's Cyprian Soszka in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C ZGRZYT's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrzej Winograd during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes F.C ZGRZYT got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Winograd. Granica Ornontowice's Radomil Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Ziomkowski in the 20th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Duszenski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granica Ornontowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C ZGRZYT the free kick. Czeslaw Duszenski hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, F.C ZGRZYT's Radomil Zurawski threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lucjan Gongolewicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zbigniew Zjawin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Granica Ornontowice. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

If Ignacy Borkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacy Borkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Zbigniew Zjawin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ignacy Borkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cyprian Soszka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Zbigniew Zjawin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Gongolewicz in the 85th minute of play forced Granica Ornontowice's goalkeeper Radomil Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Gongolewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Granica Ornontowice's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Gongolewicz came free, but Radomil Zurawski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrzej Winograd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
