Hugon Dzierwa came out of the goal and Kacper Szpakowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

ROMEX STAR FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wieslaw Czarnecki in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Latocha in the 59th minute of play forced Orly Trenera's goalkeeper Hugon Dzierwa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugon Dzierwa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachary Hludzenski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Iwo Latocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Dzierwa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugon Dzierwa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zachary Hludzenski's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Orly Trenera's Hugon Dzierwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Latocha in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ROMEX STAR FC had played much better football throughout.
