They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Gwidon Podwojski fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester City F.C's protests and gave Gwidon Podwojski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Manchester City F.C getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gwidon Podwojski hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the game, Bjarne Ottem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester City F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wierzchowie SA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Manchester City F.C's Bjarne Ottem got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Mariusz Dlugi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonas Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Slazak in the 83rd minute of the match. Stanislaw Oryniak made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Gwidon Podwojski sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Wierzchowie SA's Stanislaw Oryniak got control of the ball when Gwidon Podwojski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwidon Podwojski got free with Stanislaw Oryniak in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 played minutes Wierzchowie SA got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Wlodyga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Tylenda in the 94th minute of play forced Wierzchowie SA's goalkeeper Stanislaw Oryniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Manchester City F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Wierzchowie SA.
