Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chemik Czarnków's zone, Ignacy Dudek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per Deckbergh came out of the goal and Ignacy Dudek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Per Deckbergh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Bull Działoszyn. In the 13th minute, Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Bull Działoszyn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience was convinced that Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per Deckbergh was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Yiyo Astudillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Hejza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz's late challenge caught a Red Bull Działoszyn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. Tanek Bycofski hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Chemik Czarnków's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kaczorowski came free, but Per Deckbergh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per Deckbergh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski in the 39th minute of play. Walery Marchewka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Yiyo Astudillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yiyo Astudillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Bycofski, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Red Bull Działoszyn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chemik Czarnków were winning 1-2.

After a rather tough play, Chemik Czarnków's Emil Hetman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 68 minutes into the match, Red Bull Działoszyn's Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per Deckbergh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aadu Haavistu scored 5-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per Deckbergh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Aadu Haavistu sped through Chemik Czarnków's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per Deckbergh. Aadu Haavistu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Red Bull Działoszyn's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
