The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leonowicze's Emil Major played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredão Favoretto in the 6th minute of play. Boruc Bartocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Major having to interfere. KS Martwe Moczary's Alfredão Favoretto got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th minute of the match, Sebastian Skikiewicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wit Lampa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 19th minute Alfredão Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Major saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Bartocha in the 21st minute of play forced Leonowicze's goalkeeper Emil Major to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Skikiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alfredão Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Boruc Koczara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaroslaw Solak came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Wit Lampa could save by the left post. Wit Lampa had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Barnaba Rydz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Skikiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Skikiewicz in the 52nd minute of play forced KS Martwe Moczary's goalkeeper Wit Lampa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alfredão Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredão Favoretto in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Major saved Leonowicze from getting behind. Artur Cisek hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Alfredão Favoretto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of KS Martwe Moczary booed when Leonowicze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Ludzia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacek Zbikowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Emil Major made a huge save.
