But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukasz Ziombkowski couldn't finish the play. Nuno Lage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boleslaw Mindykowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boleslaw Mindykowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Medeiros was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes FC LUBLIN CZECHOW got a freekick which was hit by Julian Raflewski. 59 minutes into the game, Fryderyk Lewicki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
