After a defensive mix-up in fchopin FC's zone, Likymnios Chrysanthopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lech Kapinos came out of the goal and Likymnios Chrysanthopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcin Blicharz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Burdalski in the 26th minute of play. Liverpool FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
