They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antoni Marut to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cucumbers's Radowit Puch got a free kick in the 51st minute. Marian Januszewski hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 62 played minutes, Pytlo Club's Fryderyk Kaczorowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bogdan Henryk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pytlo Club reached it. Cucumbers's Bogdan Henryk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Kaczorowski in the 85th minute of play.
