The crowd rose to their feet as Michal Huchro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ulryk Grocholski. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. In the 19th minute, Wieslaw Brysz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Przemyslaw Pietrasz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krzysztof Wachna's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Krzysztof Wachna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wieslaw Brysz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Przemyslaw Pietrasz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Krzysztof Wachna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Zdroje SSA's Franciszek Zajac got a free kick in the 40th minute. Cezary Domalik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Krzysztof Wachna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Przemyslaw Pietrasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Krzysztof Wachna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wieslaw Brysz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michal Huchro was the one to do the kick off. Dobromir Kisiel kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Wieslaw Brysz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Wieslaw Brysz put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Przemyslaw Pietrasz. When Krzysztof Wachna came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Zdroje SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krzysztof Wachna couldn't finish the play. Krzysztof Wachnas short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Przemyslaw Pietrasz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ulryk Grocholski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Hyska, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Krzysztof Wachna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Przemyslaw Pietrasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Brysz in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Wieslaw Brysz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Przemyslaw Pietrasz. The goal made the score 2-2. Wieslaw Brysz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Przemyslaw Pietrasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaroslaw Ziomkowski during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
