After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Zachary Basinski made the kick off in the second half. Piotr Bejgier struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Calle Västlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nowopole. Konrad Konieczny hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. KP Zielona Góra's Calle Västlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save KP Zielona Góra from getting a goal against them. In the 79th match minute, Nowopole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Bejgier to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
