NowaWieś's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barnaba Gaszynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Szymon Maziarz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Korneliusz Glapiak to make any attempt to save it. 37 minutes into the game, HKS Hutnik 1957's Radomir Pankowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestoras Kalaintzidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Korneliusz Glapiak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Nestoras Kalaintzidis made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Mateusz Borucki sent off a good shot on target. In a very dangerous position, a player in HKS Hutnik 1957 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Szymon Maziarz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Korneliusz Glapiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. NowaWieś's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
