Ossowa's Lucjan Rakoski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Golob in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waldemar Ostrowski got free with Lucjan Rakoski in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute, Wisła Sandomierz's Jacek Golob dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 24th minute Jacek Golob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Rakoski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barnaba Dejo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Wasyl Flis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ossowa. 29 minutes into the match, Wisła Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Juroszek came free, but Wasyl Flis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucjan Rakoski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacek Golob in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Ossowa getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Dariusz Czubski hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barnaba Dejo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Wisła Sandomierz booed when Ossowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulryk Juroszek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 played minutes Ossowa got a freekick which was hit by Aureliusz Koperski. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ossowa's goalkeeper Lucjan Rakoski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Waldemar Ostrowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ulryk Juroszek fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After some careless play in the Wisła Sandomierz defense, Feliks Ryback kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wasyl Flis. The Wisła Sandomierz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wasyl Flis should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Wisła Sandomierz's zone, Aureliusz Koperski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wasyl Flis came out of the goal and Aureliusz Koperski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wisła Sandomierz's Wasyl Flis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Juroszek in the 70th minute of play. Ossowa's Ulryk Juroszek got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wasyl Flis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulryk Juroszek in the 73rd minute. Jacek Cetnar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacek Golob in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucjan Rakoski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jacek Golob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wasyl Flis came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Ossowa's Ulryk Juroszek. But to his dismay, Ulryk Juroszek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ulryk Juroszek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ossowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulryk Juroszek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wasyl Flis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Konrad Orling charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konrad Orling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Ossowa a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Feliks Ryback, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wisła Sandomierz's Wasyl Flis. 2-4. After 97 played minutes Ossowa got a freekick which was hit by Feliks Ryback. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ossowa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
