Steba Team's Zachariasz Zdrojowy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Zagorski in the 7th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Steba Team got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Olmedo. The Marathon Kraków fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Marathon Kraków's Szymon Zagorski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marathon Kraków's Maciej Smuskiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Marathon Kraków from getting a goal against them. Radoslaw Piekarczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Maciej Smuskiewicz made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Steba Team's Zbyszek Gotfryd got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute, David Bădilescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steba Team's Roch Gleba got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zachariasz Zdrojowy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Bădilescu's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Radoslaw Piekarczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marathon Kraków's David Bădilescu got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Szymon Zagorski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Zdrojowy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachariasz Zdrojowy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Bădilescu went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The attack was good, but when David Bădilescu in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 0-3 when David Bădilescu sped through Steba Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zachariasz Zdrojowy. Radoslaw Piekarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maciej Smuskiewicz having to interfere. Ceferino Olmedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maciej Smuskiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. A hard shot 77 in the game by Szymon Zagorski from a close distance when the talented Zachariasz Zdrojowy managed to make a qualified save. Steba Team's players were relieved.
