If Ceferino Olmedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juliusz Bartocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Olmedo in the 8th minute of play. The Steba Team fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Steba Team's Roch Gleba looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Roch Gleba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juliusz Bartocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match Steba Team got a corner. WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roch Czerny ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Roch Czerny almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s Juliusz Bartocha did a great save. 18 minutes into the match, WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Olmedo came free, but Juliusz Bartocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juliusz Bartocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roch Gleba in the 24th minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 25th minute when Ceferino Olmedo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Roch Gleba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the game, Ceferino Olmedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Juliusz Bartocha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ryszard Noworolnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariasz Zdrojowy having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliusz Zawadzki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s goalkeeper Juliusz Bartocha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roch Gleba. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roch Gleba got free with Juliusz Bartocha in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ceferino Olmedo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Steba Team's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s Juliusz Bartocha got control of the ball when Roch Gleba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roch Gleba succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 69th playminute. Ceferino Olmedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roch Gleba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Juliusz Bartocha made a huge save. Ceferino Olmedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radoslaw Piekarczyk's late challenge caught a WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radoslaw Piekarczyk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, Steba Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoslaw Piekarczyk to maneuver through the defense. Aureliusz Zawadzki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceferino Olmedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Bartocha having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Witold Piwowarski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Steba Team the free kick. Steba Team's Roch Gleba got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Roch Gleba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Steba Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The WKS Śląsk Bystrzyca Kł. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Steba Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
