Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) KSL Gdansk's Boruc Pionek started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wieslaw Sroki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute Boruc Pionek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Penczkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ryszard Domaracki sped through KSL Gdansk's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cyryl Szkarpiak. Tolek Penczkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boruc Pionek went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Wawrzyniec Zaworski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wojciech Domin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cyryl Szkarpiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind KSL Gdansk's goalkeeper Cyryl Szkarpiak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wawrzyniec Zaworski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolek Penczkowski having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wieslaw Sroki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Miromir Penczkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cyryl Szkarpiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Sroki in the 61st minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Boleslaw Biraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cyryl Szkarpiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Sroki in the 68th minute of play. Cudaki FC's Tolek Penczkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Pionek in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Pionek in the 75th minute of play forced Cudaki FC's goalkeeper Tolek Penczkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wieslaw Sroki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyryl Szkarpiak having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Wojciech Domin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cyryl Szkarpiak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Cudaki FC's Tolek Penczkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Cudaki FC from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KSL Gdansk eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
