Janusz Ledochowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Cisek, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Arbaszewski in the 18th minute of play forced Hejnał Meszna's goalkeeper Roch Pyczkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Konstanty Budzyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Radomil Wawrukiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Hejnał Meszna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomil Wawrukiewicz couldn't finish the play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ksawery Turek couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Hejnał Meszna's Radomil Wawrukiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Janusz Ledochowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hejnał Meszna had played much better football throughout.
