The audience was convinced that Wieslaw Ziombkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radoslaw Ewertowski was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boguslaw Tomaszewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Budowlani Częstochowa's Wlodzimierz Czeberowski suffered a sore thigh after 53 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jakub Trojanowski's late challenge caught a Budowlani Częstochowa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakub Trojanowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Dobromir Ludwiczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Ziombkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Budowlani Częstochowa's Radoslaw Ewertowski threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Sidorowicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Golen SSA's Olaf Ochylski got a free kick in the 88th minute. Szczepan Giertych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Radoslaw Ewertowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Budowlani Częstochowa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Golen SSA throughout the match.
