Emmanuel Refning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 minutes, Galip Doğu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Ruch Radzionków and the ARTY ŻOLIBORZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes KS Ruch Radzionków got a freekick which was hit by Galip Doğu. Gwidon Erland struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Emmanuel Refning didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARTY ŻOLIBORZ. Michal Kordalewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Emmanuel Refning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ARTY ŻOLIBORZ's Gwidon Erland got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bartosz Bronkala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislaw Lizewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. ARTY ŻOLIBORZ's Bartosz Bronkala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save ARTY ŻOLIBORZ from getting a goal against them. Galip Doğu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Bronkala having to interfere. Stanislaw Lizewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bartosz Bronkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartosz Bronkala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stanislaw Lizewski's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Aleksander Rakowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARTY ŻOLIBORZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Rakowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Stanislaw Lizewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galip Doğu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwidon Erland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Michal Kordalewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KS Ruch Radzionków's Emmanuel Refning proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save KS Ruch Radzionków from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, ARTY ŻOLIBORZ's Michal Kordalewski got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Kacper Rostow managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Ruch Radzionków's supporters rose to their feet, but Kacper Rostow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartosz Bronkala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emmanuel Refning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Nigbor, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Lizewski in the 91st minute of play forced ARTY ŻOLIBORZ's goalkeeper Bartosz Bronkala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Ruch Radzionków's Emmanuel Refning proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save KS Ruch Radzionków from getting a goal against them. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
