Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Konstanty Brzonkala started the match with the kick off. Chojny Grochów's Norbert Chmelyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Winszman in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Drzewiarz Świerczyna getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Boguslaw Czerner hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Wojtek Kowalczyk took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Maciej Rozanski to make any attempt to save it. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chojny Grochów's goalkeeper Norbert Chmelyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Wlodzimierz Kojder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Chojny Grochów's Wlodzimierz Kojder got a free kick in the 24th minute. Norbert Chmelyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Tscherner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norbert Chmelyk came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Drzewiarz Świerczyna's Ludomir Winszman. But to his dismay, Ludomir Winszman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Norbert Chmelyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Palzewicz in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Wojtek Kowalczyk reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maciej Rozanski. The goal made the score 2-1. Wladyslaw Dres hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ludomir Winszman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Chmelyk having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wojtek Kowalczyk made a kick off. Maciej Rozanski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Kojder, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Maciej Rozanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Kojder in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Kojder in the 64th minute of play forced Drzewiarz Świerczyna's goalkeeper Maciej Rozanski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslaw Szymkowiak hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Norbert Chmelyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomir Winszman in the 73rd minute of play. If Wlodzimierz Kojder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wlodzimierz Kojder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Maciej Rozanski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wojtek Kowalczyk scored 3-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maciej Rozanski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Camillo Pesce hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Chojny Grochów's Wlodzimierz Kojder got a free kick in the 90th minute. A collision led to Chojny Grochów getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Miroslaw Szymkowiak hit a great ball. Boguslaw Czerner was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Drzewiarz Świerczyna booed when Chojny Grochów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Szymkowiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drzewiarz Świerczyna's Leon Karbowski shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 97th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Norbert Chmelyk but with some difficulty. Drzewiarz Świerczyna's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
