The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Giraldo during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th minute, Virgilio Giraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Sniegowski in the 14th minute of play forced Calishfornia's goalkeeper Zenon Kalemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zenon Kalemba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Glaza's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Zenon Kalemba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Sniegowski in the 20th minute of play. Boruc Frankowski kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Glaza in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Kalemba saved Calishfornia from getting behind. FC Leniwce's Zbigniew Sniegowski got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Zbigniew Sniegowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Leniwce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Calishfornia getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Virgilio Giraldo hit a great ball. Lukasz Wojton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Pilarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Glaza in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Kalemba saved Calishfornia from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, Calishfornia's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Sniegowski came free, but Zenon Kalemba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When FC Leniwce's Edward Glaza in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Calishfornia's goalie prevented a goal. Calishfornia's Zenon Kalemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Wojton in the 45th minute of play. FC Leniwce's Leszek Marchefka got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half FC Leniwce were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Glaza to make the kick off. Zenon Kalemba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Glaza's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes of play Calishfornia's Virgilio Giraldo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 60th minute, Virgilio Giraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbigniew Sniegowskis short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Zenon Kalemba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 65 minutes into the game, Gilbert Wawrukiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calishfornia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Leniwce the free kick. In the 65th minute, Gilbert Wawrukiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbigniew Sniegowski kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Zbigniew Wojton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Kalemba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of FC Leniwce booed when Calishfornia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Frankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Leniwce played a much better game than Calishfornia and deserved their victory. The Calishfornia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
