Spectators: 7542 (Terracing: 5658, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) Grigore Abutnăriței started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Grzegorz Rakiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslaw Obuchowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ziemowit Fronczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. MZKS Chrobry GLOGOW's supporters rose to their feet, but Ziemowit Fronczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grzegorz Rakiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, MZKS Chrobry GLOGOW's Olaf Gurgul got a free kick in the 12th minute. Żubersony's Bryan Mills got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grigore Abutnăriței got free with Takis Livaris in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Fronczak in the 22nd minute of play forced Żubersony's goalkeeper Grzegorz Rakiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Napoleon Lizewski took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grzegorz Rakiewicz. Grzegorz Rakiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ziemowit Fronczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Rakiewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ziemowit Fronczak ran back to his position shaking his head. Żubersony's Grigore Abutnăriței got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Żubersony's Grzegorz Rakiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Obuchowicz in the 31st minute of play. Takis Livaris made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Grigore Abutnăriței sent off a good shot on target. Ziemowit Fronczak struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Grzegorz Rakiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MZKS Chrobry GLOGOW. In the 42nd minute, Napoleon Lizewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grzegorz Rakiewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Borys Dulka hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Marek Citko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grigore Abutnăriței received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Takis Livaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Takis Livaris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigore Abutnăriței, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Żubersony's Barnaba Porajewski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Radomil Rojewski in the 69 minute of the game. Jaroslaw Obuchowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grzegorz Rakiewicz having to interfere. If Grigore Abutnăriței had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grigore Abutnăriței received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Takis Livaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Żubersony's Grzegorz Rakiewicz got control of the ball when Ziemowit Fronczak tried to sneak it across the goal line. MZKS Chrobry GLOGOW's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
