Marian Wietrzychowski came out of the goal and Andrzej Beninda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gwidon Jekot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the game, one of Szelków:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Byczek SSA a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tadeusz Trojanowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Szelków's Leszek Cipinski. 2-0. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Byczek SSA! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilbert Polakowski made a kick off. Marian Wietrzychowski came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Szelków's Gwidon Jekot. But to his dismay, Gwidon Jekot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Andrzej Beninda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gwidon Jekot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marian Wietrzychowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrzej Beninda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Wietrzychowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute Gilbert Polakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Cipinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilbert Polakowski scored 3-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Cipinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Damian Zbytniewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gwidon Jekot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Wietrzychowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. Byczek SSA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
