In the 31st minute, Boleslaw Bara made a precise shot to the right of Witalis Wawrukiewicz. Krak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 35th minute Alfred Haskiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Grucza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Grucza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Dariusz Grucza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugeniusz Jaraczewski in the 58th minute. If Zbyszek Pankiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Antoni Lenertej scored 4-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Witalis Wawrukiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfred Haskiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Grucza having to interfere. Witalis Wawrukiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Mentis, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Krak's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
