The referee ignored Astra Halemba's protests and gave Zbyszek Pankiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. Bombowcy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astra Halemba the free kick. Astra Halemba's Dariusz Grucza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Astra Halemba from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Astra Halemba's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslaw Starogardzki came free, but Dariusz Grucza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astra Halemba's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 69th minute, Wojciech Moryl reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dariusz Grucza. The goal made the score 0-9. After 78 minutes of play, Bombowcy's Radoslaw Starogardzki made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dariusz Grucza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dariusz Grucza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Kostrzewa, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Christopher Stas took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Dariusz Grucza to make any attempt to save it. Alfred Bronicki charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
