After some careless play in the Astra Halemba defense, Gelu Pordea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dariusz Grucza. The Astra Halemba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dariusz Grucza should have stopped the shot. Astra Halemba's Dariusz Grucza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Ankiewicz in the 6th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Zbigniew Czysta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Przechód SA's Lech Ziomkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Leonard Ankiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Przechód SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Ankiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dariusz Grucza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Leonard Ankiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Dariusz Grucza. Astra Halemba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Dariusz Grucza came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Przechód SA's Leonard Ankiewicz. But to his dismay, Leonard Ankiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, Astra Halemba's Kajetan Lepper got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zbyszek Pankiewicz to make the kick off. Boleslaw Bara's late challenge caught a Przechód SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boleslaw Bara helped the player get up and apologised. After 50 played minutes Astra Halemba got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Bara. A collision led to Przechód SA getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Zbyszek Gecionis hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Przechód SA's Leonard Ankiewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dariusz Grucza. Dariusz Grucza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Ankiewicz in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dariusz Grucza saved Astra Halemba from getting behind. When Astra Halemba's Boleslaw Bara in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Przechód SA's goalie prevented a goal. 66 minutes into the game, Lech Ziomkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Przechód SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astra Halemba the free kick. 71 minutes into the match, Sylwester Raschke notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Astra Halemba's Dariusz Grucza. Dariusz Grucza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Antoni Lenertej hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lech Ziomkowski got free with Dariusz Grucza in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dariusz Grucza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Pordea in the 81st minute of play. After 90 played minutes Przechód SA got a freekick which was hit by Sylwester Raschke. Lech Ziomkowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dariusz Grucza firmly grabbed it by the left post. Przechód SA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
