The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliusz Kolacki got free with Daniel Kosowski in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Szlembark SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Kosowski should have stopped the shot. Rafal Kolacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Tomiczek in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Literski in the 25th minute of play forced Polonia Łaziska Górne's goalkeeper Rafal Kolacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Julian Tomiczek sped through Polonia Łaziska Górne's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafal Kolacki. Szlembark SA's Daniel Kosowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Szlembark SA from getting a goal against them. Jakub Jaruzelski's late challenge caught a Polonia Łaziska Górne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 86th minute, one of Szlembark SA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Szlembark SA. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Damazy Literski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szlembark SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Damazy Literski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafal Kolacki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Damazy Literski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Szlembark SA players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
