Dominik Walczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ziemowit Jurgiel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dominik Walczak ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tolek Ankiewicz got free with Bernard Zajac in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A well-hit corner resulted in Wawrzyniec Starogardzki heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ksawery Polkoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Jurgiel having to interfere. Bernard Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Felenak in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Felenak in the 13th minute of play forced Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Barnaba Grunwalski fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SDW's protests and gave Barnaba Grunwalski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Gruszowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Grondzki to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Walczak in the 24th minute of play forced SDW's goalkeeper Ziemowit Jurgiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miromir Gleba. Ziemowit Jurgiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Komanski in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miromir Gleba. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Lech Felenak took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bernard Zajac to make any attempt to save it. Bernard Zajac made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Kryspin Kiepski sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the game, Tolek Ankiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SDW's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gruszowiec the free kick. The supporters of Gruszowiec booed when SDW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolek Ankiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Dominik Walczak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ziemowit Jurgiel. SDW's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Walczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lech Felenak to strike the kick off in the second half. Dominik Walczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Jurgiel having to interfere. Kryspin Kiepski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Zajac having to interfere. Tolek Ankiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Dominik Walczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ziemowit Jurgiel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dominik Walczak ran back to his position shaking his head. Ksawery Polkoski struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ziemowit Jurgiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gruszowiec. Bernard Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miromir Gleba in the 60th minute of play. Miromir Gleba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bernard Zajac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gruszowiec's Bernard Zajac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Kiepski in the 67th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Wawrzyniec Starogardzki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SDW fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 78thth minute of the game Dominik Walczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SDW's Ziemowit Jurgiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Dominik Walczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Kiepski in the 82nd minute of play. Wawrzyniec Starogardzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tolek Ankiewicz scored 3-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Zajac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Gruszowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Lech Felenak came free, but Bernard Zajac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SDW's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Dominik Walczak scored to the left of an out of position Ziemowit Jurgiel, making the score, 3-2. Ziemowit Jurgiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Walczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Dominik Walczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SDW's Ziemowit Jurgiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 97 minutes of play Gruszowiec's Dominik Walczak was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Gruszowiec's Dominik Walczak got a free kick in the 97th minute. SDW were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gruszowiec for a fine match.
