Spectators: 7686 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Franciszek Gregorczyk kicked off to start the match. In the 31st match minute, Bachory SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boruc Ptaszek to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Franciszek Gregorczyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wataha Zielona Góra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Steven Tanner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Warzycha in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Bachory SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Krzysztof Warzycha came free, but Steven Tanner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Wataha Zielona Góra were awarded a corner. Pankracy Puszynski went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Krzysztof Warzycha to score against Steven Tanner in Bachory SSA's goal. 0-2 after 40 minutes. 44 minutes into the game, Stasio Palzewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wataha Zielona Góra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bachory SSA the free kick. 钱沙志 had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Boruc Ptaszek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Bachory SSA's Hugon Brzonkala got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tanek Traczewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Warzycha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Steven Tanner. Krzysztof Warzycha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Boruc Ptaszek hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Aivar Levisto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Wataha Zielona Góra getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Liam Neeson hit a great ball. Boruc Ptaszek, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 73 played minutes Wataha Zielona Góra got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Palzewicz. Wataha Zielona Góra's Franciszek Gregorczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Boruc Ptaszek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Bachory SSA's Steven Tanner got control of the ball when Pankracy Puszynski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Krzysztof Warzycha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Steven Tanner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslaw Rutecki kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanek Traczewski in the 88th minute of play forced Wataha Zielona Góra's goalkeeper 钱沙志 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Franciszek Gregorczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wataha Zielona Góra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franciszek Gregorczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Wiktor Pleban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 钱沙志 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bachory SSA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Boruc Ptaszek hit a great ball. Franciszek Gregorczyk had several of the Bachory SSA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 96 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Steven Tanner as he didn't even see the shot coming. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Wataha Zielona Góra eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
