In the 10th minute, Tobiasz Dziurowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fryderyk Cizeski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martín Petrov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobiasz Dziurowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Danny Bangsbye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 played minutes KS Powstańcy got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Moczkiewicz. If Pawel Wolnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafal Szostak hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Tobiasz Dziurowicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Danny Bangsbye firmly grabbed it by the left post. Danny Bangsbye showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Wolnik in the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of KS Powstańcy booed when AS Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Tonali didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as AS Gdynia's Pawel Wolnik slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danny Bangsbye. That made the score 3-0 after 45 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobiasz Dziurowicz made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Dziurowicz in the 52nd minute of play forced KS Powstańcy's goalkeeper Danny Bangsbye to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danny Bangsbye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Wolnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Pawel Wolnik notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of KS Powstańcy's Danny Bangsbye. In the 62nd minute of the match, Robert Lewalski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fryderyk Cizeski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Danny Bangsbye showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Wolnik in the 66th minute of the match. Roch Mockiewicz's late challenge caught a AS Gdynia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roch Mockiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes KS Powstańcy got a freekick which was hit by Roch Mockiewicz. The penalty shot was made by Sandro Tonali, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of KS Powstańcy's Danny Bangsbye. 6-1. Danny Bangsbye made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyryl Skonieczny in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute Pawel Wolnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Bangsbye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AS Gdynia had won after a very even match.
