Roman Siembab stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Szczepan Zgonina's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Szczepan Zgonina put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Siembab. In the 14thth minute of the game Ebi Smolarek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 100's Roman Siembab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ebi Smolarek in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Siembab saved 100 from getting behind. Roman Siembab made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ebi Smolarek sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ebi Smolarek in the 29th minute of play forced 100's goalkeeper Roman Siembab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milan Pogoń's Szczepan Zgonina got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 minutes, Szczepan Zgonina made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. 100's Roman Siembab tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ebi Smolarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ebi Smolarek hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Szczepan Zgonina in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roman Siembab, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ebi Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milan Pogoń's supporters rose to their feet, but Ebi Smolarek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Siembab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Szczepan Zgonina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Siembab having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Szczepan Zgonina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Radomil Turok kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 54 minutes of play, Milan Pogoń's Ebi Smolarek made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Siembab was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roman Siembab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ebi Smolarek in the 57th minute of the match. When Radowit Lipinski fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milan Pogoń's protests and gave Radowit Lipinski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Milan Pogoń getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Radowit Lipinski hit a great ball. When Milan Pogoń's Ebi Smolarek in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 95thth minute of the game Szczepan Zgonina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 100's Roman Siembab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milan Pogoń walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
