The F.C United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, F.C United's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Pochorylo came free, but Milosz Kinic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Ruud van Nistelrooij shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Siwek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Majerowicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmund Siwek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pontus Kullander went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Jagoszyce SSA's Edmund Siwek got control of the ball when Ruud van Nistelrooij tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score was now 0-10. 96 minutes into the match, Jagoszyce SSA's goalkeeper Edmund Siwek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofil Olejniczak. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched F.C United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
